Replacement & Refund Policy
Our #1 goal here at Hygge Floral Design is to make sure that you are thrilled with the floral arrangement or plant that you received. If you are unhappy with the item you received from us, please contact within 24 hours so we can take the appropriate action to correct the situation.
Flower Arrangement Replacement Policy
1. If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within 24 hours via email support@hyggefloraldesign.com and we will send a replacement asap. Please include pictures and order number.
2. If your flowers begin to fail within the first 48 hours, please contact us for a replacement.
3. After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase.
Orchid & Plant Replacement Policy
1. If your plant or orchid arrives damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Notify us within 24 hours via email support@hyggefloraldesign.com and we will send a replacement asap. Please include pictures and order number.
2. If your plant dies within the first 7 days, we will replace it free of charge.
3. After a 7 day period, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.
Cancellation/Refund
If the order is canceled by a customer 48 hours before the delivery date, a customer will get a refund. If the customer cancels within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued. If the order has already been created and is on it's way for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order. (This is on all NON-CUSTOM arrangements, any events or customized arrangements will have their own policy and window for refund)
Substitution
Rarely, substitutions of flowers or vases are necessary due to temporary weather and stock availability issues. If this occurs, Hygge Floral Design will be sure to reach out and contact you to make sure the substitution is approved prior to delivery.
